I want to make dinner tomorrow, and I want to make rice pilaf. Can anyone advise as to what else I should make? Thanks.

Steamed green beans (fresh is best, but frozen ones are okay if not in season), tossed in oil and minced garlic with slivered almonds. Protein wise, perhaps a form of tofu cutlet or seitan?
