yes. the file formats are not an issue for the most part (exceptions with DRM formats like DIVX). the physical media is problematic like floppy discs and laserdiscs (see BBC 1985 Domesday Project). i have a few zipdiscs that managed to survive the click of death but it's not exactly easily available for browsing now.Originally Posted by RabbitLuvr
As far as other media forms, I'm not really worried. Someone has master copies of, say, music and movies, and there will always be technology to convert it. It really doesn't matter if my copy of one album is digital or not.
