Good luck everyone!!!!

This year has not been good for me time to get serious and lose the weight I've gained. My end of year goal is 60 kilos (132lbs) so I need to get serious!!!!

SW: 71 kilos (156.2lbs)
GW: 68 kilos (149.6lbs)

Let us make this a good month!!!

April was terrible. I lost 3 pounds, which is a very small amount for me. But I'm starting to do juice fasts once per week, so we'll see.

I have been eating soup all day. And now I want chocolate. It is just as well I cant get any until tomorrow.

The minestrone was very nice though, very tomatoey and garlicky and with green beans, cannelini beans, zucchini, and half-exploded cherry tomatoes.
