I don't know, I have grade A dark amber and it is mighty good.<br><br>
I also just found Agave Nectar and it is might good too.

I've heard that grade B tastes better, but I can't even find it around here; only Grade A. I'm pretty sure they're equal health-wise, if that's what you're asking.

generally the darker the syrup, the more micronutrients it contains. thus, grade B maple syrup will be more nutritious than grade A; though i do think the difference is minute enough to be negligible. sugar is sugar. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">

I think it's mostly all about taste...<br><br><br><br><br><br>
And besides, when you're dipping into the real-deal maple-slurple, who cares if it's good for you! Consume it before I come over and do it for you!<br><br><br><br><br><br>
