generally the darker the syrup, the more micronutrients it contains. thus, grade B maple syrup will be more nutritious than grade A; though i do think the difference is minute enough to be negligible. sugar is sugar.

I think it's mostly all about taste...

And besides, when you're dipping into the real-deal maple-slurple, who cares if it's good for you! Consume it before I come over and do it for you!

(Mmmmmm. My faaaavourite...
