Hi, just joined but wanted to ask this (I can't get the search to work for me).
I didn't know which section to put this on so you might need to move it.

We've been buying BUAV approved makeup for a few years now. All my makeup is from Marks and Spencers and all of it is definitely BUAV approved, but I've realised that this doesn't mean it's got no animal ingridients in it.
Does anyone know if it does or not?

I have found a couple of websites with veggie/vegan makeup but I just wondered what people here used and if anyone could suggest anything. I'm in the UK.

I use mostly Everyday Minerals (thanks to Dana from these forums!) as well as some E.L.F. (eyes lips face). E.L.F. is very cheap and Everyday Minerals has decent prices as well. You can check out the ultimate makeup thread for more suggestions here: http://www.veggieboards.com/newvb/sh...-Makeup-Thread

If you go on urban decay's website, it has a pawprint on their vegan products.
All of their makeup brushes are vegan, too.

You could try using products from Kiss My Face and Vitacare, I heard those companies are completely vegan, meaning they do not test on animals nor do they use animal ingredients.

Nah, BUAV approved just means the products are not tested on animals.

One of the brands I know of in the UK that has vegan products is Barry M. The folks in the UK can help you out much better than I can, though.
