Ok so I have been drinking smoothies with a teaspoon of Maca root powder for the past week, maybe two weeks and my period is three days late! I don't even have any PMS symptoms that I usually have. I started incorporating Maca root into my diet cause I read that it's good for hormone imbalance and it is something I struggle with (painful periods, acne, no menstruation sometimes) so my question is: is my taking Maca powder can have something to do with my period being late? Or could this just be a coincident? Am I the only one experiencing this?
