I've been a vegetarian for about 5 weeks now, and have lost 2 or 3 pounds. I am skinny to begin with, do you guys see this as a problem, or is it normal?

Some people lose weight, not all. Like you, I was thin to begin with, but I didn't lose any additional weight. However it's pretty common to not get sufficient calories at first depending on your diet. For example, if you're just skipping the meat and not adding something in it's place (just eating sides, for example) then you would lose weight.<br><br>
Also keep in mind that many vegetarian foods are relatively filling but very low-calorie (some grains and beans, for example). You may have to eat more (eat more often if you're getting full quickly) to maintain your weight.

I don't know, are you eating enough? We need a little bit more to go on.

I eat whenever I get hungry..more snacks than real meals...I eat a banana and toast for breakfast, a salad and a bean burrito or chips/salsa for lunch, and snack on grapes raisins peaches nuts granola bars carrots...im 5 foot 8, used to be 130 but now im about 125

Here are some way to lose weight.<br>
Green tea.<br>
Fresh fruit.<br>
Fresh juice.<br>
Citrus fruit.<br>
Exercise.<br>
Running.<br>
Walking.
