hm. it really depends on the individual. i know some people who haven't lost a single pound because the body wasn't concentrating on the weight; it was trying to work on other things that was going on. for me, the very first week, i lost 6 pounds. i was eating low fat (around 10%) raw vegan and exercising everyday for about an hour, mainly walking. i know dropping soda helped a bunch, too. after that first week, it was around 2-3 pounds as a steady loss, but i was overweight so it was melting off of me.Originally Posted by Daisy Rose
if i start eating raw foods everyday, veggies fruit little nuts. how much weight could i lose in two weeks? i'll stay in calorie intake of 1600 caloires, not that you really need to worry about that on a raw food diet. thank you.
