Hello!<br><br>
I have been a vegetarian for the last 30 years. I lost about 45lbs doing a very healthy vegetarian diet and exercise then stalled out. I then did Atkins vegetarian style and lost another 30lbs. Problem, after Hurricane Katrina, I gained back about 25lbs and cant seem to stick to anything. I want to do Atkins because I know it works so well, yet the idea of eating all the eggs, tofu and cheese makes my gag reflex come alive. I have seen posted on other website that people have done Atkins not only using meatless soy products eg: Morning Star, Boco, but as vegans as well. I would like to try the diet w/ adding the soy products to give myself more variety, but want to hear from others how effective it really is. Anyone out there doing the diet in this way? If so, please tell me your experience, what you have lost and how long it took.
