what is going ON with me this week<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/inquisitive.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":stinkeye:"><br><br>
usually happy..now sad for no reason. (noticeably sad)<br><br>
but more confusingly lonely...but with a huge desire to see NOBODY. you know??<br><br><br><br>
its like..ill sit here thinking 'sigh. im so lonely' then someone calls and i just want to get off the phone. someone comes past to hang out and i have to feign excitement. its bizarre. and feels horrible. i just want to go to bed at 6pm. its all very odd.<br><br>
and this horrible creeping insecurity. like...with the boy he'll be like 'busy tonight, lets do something tomorrow night' and while i normally wouldn't care, its literally like my heart is smashed and tomorrow is pointless and all this other random crap that i just can't NOT think.<br><br>

Yeah, it sounds like depression to me, too. Just take care of yourself -- get some rest, exercise a little, and let it blow over. Don't let it worry you too much unless it really persists. You can feel depressed even though 'everything is great.' What you've described sounds very similar to things I have experienced myself. I'd like to suggest a solution, but everyone handles depression differently. Take care of yourself and do whatever you feel like you need to do. You can pm me if you like.

I'm totally feeling the same way as you lately! I feel really lonely but don't want to call/visit anyone.<br><br><br><br>

Depression just hits sometimes, unfortunately. Obviously it is most often triggered by negative life changes, but sometimes it decides to come a-knocking anyway. Sorry that you're feeling so down -- but you're definitely not alone. Lots of people (myself included) get random bouts now and then.<br><br><br><br>

This has happened to me to, even when everything is going great.<br><br><br><br>
Hopefully it will just go away on it's own, but if it persists for awhile, you may want to speak with a counselor or your doctor.<br><br><br><br>
In the meantime, take very good care of yourself. Try to eat right, even if you don't feel like it, get some fresh air, sunshine and exercise.<br><br><br><br>
If you think something unconcious may be bothering you, you could try doing some free writing in a journal. Maybe the issue will come up.<br><br><br><br>
