can anyone help a 60 year old, disabled veggie how to navigate through this mess?

I don't violate rules...some software glitch or something is blocking me out of Facebook.

I don't know if this relates to your situation but every time I log in to facebook from a new device I have to do it twice because it tells me I don't exist and won't let me log in on the first attempt.

I remember reading the term “lifetron” in the writings of the Hindu Yogis

Paramahansa Yogananda and Sri Yukteswar.


I remember that Mahatma Gandhi only recognized a handful of people as living saints.


Paramahansa Yogananda was one. I have great admiration for them both.

Re internet:

I am 60 years old, profoundly disabled. Mostly homebound and bedbound. In 2015 I was walking in a parking lot and run over by an SUV. My wife had arterial valve stenosis and had open heart surgery in 2019. We really, really don’t need stress in this household and I would urge all trolls who like to play internet games, to please leave us alone.
