My personal theory is that liquid vitamins are the best. I feel like the body can absorb them better then tablets.<br><br>
I know not every one agrees on this, but if vegan I would definatly take a B 12 vitamin once in a while. Other vitamins I would take according to individual needs. Vitamin doses depend on who you ask, Some people never take any vitamins and some take them twice a day.

I don't see any reason not to take both. Just saying I think liquid vitamins are better because my own theory is that the body absorbs them better.

I take a product called "LIQU*MINS - Liquid Multi Vita-Mineral"<br><br><br><br>
I found it at the health food store a few years ago. It has a ton of vitamins and minerals that absorb.

My nutritionalist told me because I've messed my body up so much over the years and my digestion is so bad, I have to take powders instead of tablets if I want to absorb them.<br><br><br><br>
I still take tonnes of tablets anyway and reckon they work a bit, but certainly agree that powdered versions (and liquid would be the same) work best. My N has catalogues of thousands of supplements, covering a much bigger range than in the shops, so maybe ask yours for advice on which ones and order through them; I also get a discount if I give her professional number.

I am picky about flavours, especially mediciney flavours. I'm good at swallowing even giant pills though, so thats usually the option I take.

The one I am taking is from Brooks drugs. It's called nutrisorb. The taste isn't any better or worse then a tablet to me. Certainly not as awful as the above vitamins are described. I'd like to get more of it later, but I got this one on sale and they cost $21 normally.<br><br><br><br>
When I run out of B vitamin tablets, I plan to get a liquid B vitamin supplement as well.
