One of my roommates introduced me to sauteeing kale with my veggies this semester and I'm addicted. It made me want to try other leafy greens since I've read how good they are for you. Trouble is I have NO idea where to start or how to cook them. I tried to make bok choy one night and it was super bitter and not delicious and I'm pretty sure I threw away parts that I could have cooked and eaten

So I guess my questions are a) how do you cook/use bok choy? and b) what are some of your favorite greens and how do you cook them?
