I stopped eating meat nearly two years ago and have been trying hard to cut out all animal related products like gelatine as well for about a year. I recently found out I have several food intolerances and to start off with have cut out wheat and dairy, which is making a big difference to me. Trouble is I am starting to get stuck for things to eat and am currently practically living on rice and veg and I'm not especially keen on rice <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=""> I do have some rice pasta which is ok. My other intolerances are corn, durum wheat, egg and potato and I am trying not to eat lots of them but not cutting everything totally out at once as I feel way to overwhelmed by the whole thing. I also do have some food issues, texture and stuff like and with how things are made. I also just don't like eating much :s I have rice milk and goats cheese seems to be ok for me though I only eat it in small amounts. Maybe it'd just be easier to become vegan? Does anyone have any ideas or inspiration that might help, vegan or not?
