well, damn. my boyfriend can't go, and I really don't want to go alone, even if I end up meeting people there. I'll see if I have any friends who want to go with me....now I'm really depressed. I totally wanted to go!

Anyhoo, I went to the tofu festival today, and it was great. The taiko drumming was very cool, I saw some friends I haven't seen for ages, and I bought myself a neat "Tofu Festival" tote bag for five bucks. Of course, the food was my main reason for attending, and it didn't disappoint. There were LOTS of tasty veg*n dishes, and plenty of free samples too. I finally got to try <a href="http://www.nasoya.com/nasoya/dressings_index.html" target="_blank">Nasoya's new organic vegan dressings</a>, and <a href="http://www.soyatoo.com/" target="_blank">Soyatoo</a>, an organic vegan whipped "cream". Two thumbs up on those products! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":up:"><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":up:"><br><br><br><br>
I'll definitely go again next year!
