I gotta ask. Ok, I'm a beginner at running, but I do try and get at least 3 good sessions in a week. My question is, I'm a bit "large" up to, not huge but I've got something. I was wondering how I can prevent the sagging affect everyone tells me about that happens when you are a runner? I know to wear 2 sports bras, but does that really work and is there anything else? I'm sorry, I just don't want to be droopy before I'm even 20.
