Yes, the Golden Carrot in Paducah is a great place to get organic/vegan foods. It's a nice health food store. (I live in Paducah right now)

I live in Elsmere, which is way up in the northern part of Kentucky. Glad to meet ya'll!
I'm from southern Graves county, but I work in Paducah at Heath Health Foods.
I live in Floyd County, bout 2-3 hours away from lexington.
