I just looked at the 7grain with sesame (the type you eat?) and it seems rather whole grain to me. In fact, it seems much better than cheese crackers any day of the week (starting with the fact that most crackers - at least in US have hydrogenated oils in them - not good for the body at all <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/no.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":no:"> ).<br><br><br><br>
