i love kashi foods so much. they seem to be good for you too, with 7 whole grains. i add them into my diet alot, like a granola bar for a snack. or with my lunch today i had ten of the cheese crackers. i am a carb lover so i have to be sure to limit them...who else loves kashi? is it as healthy as i hope??

Yes! It's awesome. Also, Cinnamon Harvest and Autumn Wheat are really good for eating dry as a snack.

yeah..i limit them just because i eat one serving of the crackers then want more and end up eating half the box lol. i am a huge carb lover so cant let myself go too crazy

That makes sense, MDee. Refined carbs *will* spark an addicts-type desire for more refined carbs.<br><br><br><br>
I just looked at the 7grain with sesame (the type you eat?) and it seems rather whole grain to me. In fact, it seems much better than cheese crackers any day of the week (starting with the fact that most crackers - at least in US have hydrogenated oils in them - not good for the body at all <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/no.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":no:"> ).<br><br><br><br>
If it were me, I'd reach for Kashi looooong before I reached for cheezy crackers. But that's just me. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sunny.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":sunny:">

I like the heart healthy kind (some of the cereals are shaped like hearts), and strawberry fields. I also like the commercials they've been making.<br><br><br><br>
