I love making pesto out of anything, and kale is my new favourite pesto! This dish literally takes about 10 minuted to make, and it's incredibly special. Perfect for a weekday lunch or to bring to a special event.

Mmm, I never would have thought to put orange zest in pesto. Great idea.

It actually happened by accident! I went to make pesto and found I had no lemons, so I picked up an orange I had instead! The rest is history because it was delicious. Sometimes you find the best ideas by doing that
