Hi! I have a large amount to weight to lose, and would like to adopt a workout routine, but i have some restrictions. First of all, im agoraphobic, so it has to be something I can do at home, and i only have weights (8lbs and 10lbs), so it has to be more like things I can do without equipment. I would really really appreciate if anyone could point out any links or something to floor based home workouts.
