well a spiralizer is a neat little tool that cuts veggies into "noodles" or can make curly ,fries, etc. it comes with a regular slicer on it too! The Excalibur is a food dehydrator for making my own crackers, dried fruit, breads, granola etc.<br>
I'm pretty ecstatic!

Take some fruit or mixed fruits and blend them in a blender. Add some things like vanilla, cinnamon, ginger...etc and then spread this on lined dehydrator trays with parchment paper dehydrate until a lil crispy. Break pieces off and eat them like chips. Tastes really good.
