I haven't lost any weight this month, it's kind of depressing. Just keep going <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">

here it is, midnight sunday looming... and i've only got 2 hours and 17 minutes on the elliptical. i am obviously going to not make 4 hours this week... instead i'm going to have to struggle to get the same 3 hours i struggled to get last week. one positive note here is that i'm turning in better quality elliptical work as i'm conditioning myself to a higher level.<br><br>
again, i didn't do that 15 minutes on my off days, and it's costing me at the end of the week. this goes to show me how you've got to stick to it and chip away at your goals.<br><br>
4 hours this week for sure.<br><br>
on the weight thing, 191.8 today ..... 190 in sight! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">.
