I finally got access to a scale for the first time in months.<br>
I'm down a whole 2 pounds.<br>
I feel like that's not even close to good enough.

hi everyone<br><br>
when i went vegetarian i lost the weight without doing anything so my focus is not really weight loss but I also lost a lot of muscle and are so unfit.<br><br>
So my focus for July is to get my muscle back and to get fit again.

Go pick up 2 pounds of something, and you will see that it is a great start!

tonite i got caught short of time, and i'm working 12 hours a day for several more days. so i did hop on the elliptical and i gave it hell for 16 minutes. usually i do 32 mins. at least it's something, and it all adds into that 3 hours a week i want to spend on aerobics.

I am cooking some pinto beans and then will be making some fresh corn & squash...and going to cut some salad greens....hopefully this will keep me in line for a few days <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D"><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/blush.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":eek:">

i missed my raw day altogether. willpower, or the lack thereof. but i have been hitting the heavy bad hard and i been lifting good. it seems it's hard for me to escape a very basic oats and b bananas in the am after work, beans, rice, potatoes, tortillas, salsa, veggies before work, salad at work diet. i'm just so busy i have to cook only in the microwave. and actually i love eating like this. i'm definitely getting stronger.

I did eat more pinto beans than I had planned on last night...in my defense I had to keep adding more chiles to get the flavor I wanted and that meant I had to keep tasting them..<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D"><br><br>
I didn't get the salad green cut yet because it was pouring!! We needed the rain though, so its a good thing.<br><br>
I did not weigh myself this morning and I am going to try and wait til this coming weekend to do that...<br><br>

I got on the scales today and I have lost 2 more pounds this week. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"> (I thought it was the 7th when I woke up.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/tongue3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":p">)<br><br>
I just had an amazing salad of spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, coriander, red bell pepper with red jalapenos and lime juice.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/lick.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":lick:">

official weigh in Saturday, today I'm 69.9 kilos (153.7lbs) I broke the 70's!!!! I'm down 600 grams (1.2lbs) this week and down 36.1 kilos (79.4lbs)<br><br>
My goal for the month is still 69 kilos (151.8lbs)

i don't really understand the water cycle of my body. suddenly i'm shedding water and getting "harder". there does seem to be a biorhythm controlling this cycle.

Weigh in: 69.9 kilos (153.88lbs) - Lost: -.700 grams (1.54lbs) I did it! I broke into the 69's! I won't be weighing for 2 weeks; Next goal 69 kilos (151.8lbs)

Ok, back in. Not losing weight exactly, but I need to get fit and strong. That means working out and controlling calories (to a certain degree, anyway).<br><br>
Start weight: 11.5 stone<br><br>
Goals: To be able to do a box split (in pole dancing) by the end of the month. Involves working on core strength and losing a little weight.

now i only worry about hitting the heavy bag <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">... what a great workout! the down side is that your hands pay the price for hitting harder than you should <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":(">.

My goals for July are to stick to my running plan. I registered for a marathon on October 23rd. So far so good.

if you train hard as a runner, you are virtually certain of being thin. this has made me step up on the elliptical to 5 hours a week (my goal next week). not that impressive vs. marathon training, but i think enough for my purposes.<br><br>
you obviously know how to train hard and safe, and you'll get amazing results, i'm sure. good for you <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">.

Actually I think it's easy for folks to <a href="http://www.runnersworld.com/community/forums/index.jsp?plckForumPage=ForumDiscussion&plckDiscussionId=Cat:Runner+CommunitiesForum:960108738Discussion:9671047841" target="_blank">gain weight</a> when training so hard (if they're not careful) because they wind up refueling too much after such hard workouts...
