Pictures of him proudly smiling with the deceased bodies, also the writer talks a bit about some things after the pictures. He originally posted the pictures and let it be, but it turned into something bigger after comments came pouring in.<br><br><a href="http://www.smilepolitely.com/splog/jimmy_john_is_a_big_man._with_the_photos_to_prove_it/" target="_blank">http://www.smilepolitely.com/splog/j...s_to_prove_it/</a>

What an ASS. Guess he wasn't paying attention to how many customers GoDaddy lost because of this same thing...

I shared the link at a few places. If this is anything like the GoDaddy scandal even most omni's are going to have a major problem with it since they're 'exotic' animals and it's for sport.

Yeah, luckily this is one of the things most people are opposed to.<br><br><br>
This is the website where the safari pictures are from: <a href="http://www.johancalitzsafaris.co.za/photos/Botswana%20a%20Decade%20of%20Excellence/bots_photo_decade.htm" target="_blank">http://www.johancalitzsafaris.co.za/...oto_decade.htm</a><br>
It has a bunch of pictures of other people posing next to the animals they killed, most of them being elephants. They call it "Botswana - “A decade of excellence”", are you ******* kidding me? They "offer hunting packages" and list the innocent species you can kill, and have "observer rates" for children 1 to 10 years old. I...just.....wow.<br>
The "references" are just.. Here's part of one.<br><div class="quote-container"><span>Quote:</span>
<div class="quote-block">...I watched you latest DVD on hunting elephants in Botswana before I went on the hunt. In it I believe you said the hunts are a warm, emotional experience. I can't tell you how true that was for me. After my bull was on the ground I found myself holding back tears, shedding tears, and yet feeling wonderful. I have never experienced so many emotions from a hunt....</div>
</div>

All the pics sicken me, but that leopard pic particularly makes my blood boil. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/mad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="">

Same thing with me. I don't know why, but that one tipped me off...

Anyone who finds killing an animal a warm, emotional experience has got some serious problems.

Warm, emotional experience? Do serial killers find their murders a warm, emotional experience? I really see no difference between them and these hunters.

The reason the leopard is so infuriating is because it is a cat, and we as humans are more familiar with cats. Seeing a dead one brings to mind seeing someone with a cute little kitty, which just pisses us off further.<br><br>
I visited the site and looked at the leopard pic, and as predicted, I got pissed.

I got the most upset when I got to the lion picture. I think because they're a cat, I've been watching a lot of Big Cat Diary, and it reminded me of The Lion King. Also, I got really mad because them killing this one make lion is quite possibly killing his whole pride/pack. There'll be no leader to defend the females and their cubs, and even there are other males waiting to take over, the new male often scatters most of the females of a former pride and kills their cubs. So I think that's what got me the angriest, the fact that this one awful murder will probably lead to a whole pride of deaths.

I know a guy who worked with jimmy john at one of his first stores.<br><br>
Apparently, he's a class-1 a-hole. He liked to call his employee's things like "****ing retard."<br><br>
Sounds like a swell guy.

Yeah, he is often called a not nice person. There is always drama surrounding him it seems.

I actually liked Jimmy Johns Veggie sandwich. I won't be going there anymore. I'm not giving that loser my money. I can make it at home anyway.

It's almost like some of these guys are trying to be 'edgy' and 'rebel' against what they see as a rising vegetarian/pro animal sentiment, despite the fact we're still a still minority. That's the best explanation I can think of. They can't be that deeply in denial. It has to be some kind of purposeful mocking, like when meat eaters in your life have to brag to you about what they had for lunch every day, trying to get your goose or something.

This. It's part of that whole "I'm going to say eff-you to all those veg*ns and eat nothing but bacon and lard" mentality.

Personally I think it's because those guys have a really small d**k and need to go down the "I'm a hunterrrr" road to make themselves feel manly.
