where i live...<br><br><br><br>
is in the south...<br><br>
in the country...<br><br><br><br>
where everything is meat and potatoes.<br><br><br><br>
and while I realize that I live in a small town...I only know 2 other veggies...one is my dr. and the other is his wife. He has been a great support for me. However, when I tell people that I am a veg...they look at me like I'm from mars..and then start asking the usual questions "not even fish?". The idea that I do not consume animal flesh is absured to them...then they start assuming automatically that I am a snob and that I think I am better than them....it's crazy...people get really deffensive...and all I haveto say is "I don't eat meat".<br><br><br><br>
top this off with the fact that I homeschool my eldest child...I don't listen to country music (though I do appreciate it)...I know what monty python is, and I freak out if I get a low A on a test....and any number of other things...well...peeps just think I'm weird.
