It's canapé month here at Maison Happy Food!
We've just posted the latest addition to our canapé menu: Blinis Topped with Beetroot Mousse and Horseradish Cream. They went down an absolute treat at our launch party so we're happy to share, as always, the complete recipe and a step by step guide to making them, with pictures! They're unbelievably moreish, but beware you don't use too much of that horseradish cream as it does have quite a kick!
