My favorite smoothie is sort of like epski's. A bit of soy potein powder, a frozen bannana, blueberries (sub your favorite fruit), bit of flax seeds, a bit of sunflower seeds and apple juice. It is very good.
Here is a recipe for a rick smoothie that can border on a shake.
1/2 canned pumpkin
3/4 cup soy milk or soy yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons of vegan brown sugar
4 ice cubes
Blend all the ingrediants until smooth. Serve in small batches topped with optional vegan whip cream and a bit of cinnamon!
