I eat an avocado almost everyday except for maybe one. Is this too much fat? I think it's my only source of fat as I eat mostly legumes, veggies, brown rice, and tofu.

No. you should be consuming about 30% of your calories as fat a day. So if you're on 2000 calories a day, about 65g of fat a day. A whole avocado is about 25g of fat.

No, avocados are have quite healthful fat, anyway. It's not like eating half a cup of trans-fat filled margarine or something. Avocados are actually quite good for you.

No, one avocado is fine - but it does depend on what other fats you are getting in your diet. You mention tofu, which is high in fat. What about cooking oils? Soy milk or other pseudo-dairy? Nuts?

Like everybody else said, one avocado should be fine - I actually think most omnis would benefit a lot healthwise if replacing 25 g of the artery-clogging fats many of them eat by having an avocado a day...

However, make sure to include other healthy fats (vegetable oils, nuts/seeds) in your diet as well, and other grains/carbs than just brown rice (which contains some fat too though very little), for a greater variety (of both nutrients and taste).
