Thought it might be handy to have some of this here in case anyone is passing through (or someone here morphs into a vegan or something like that).

The Red Avocado (all vegan, all organic)

Fair Grounds Coffeehouse (owned by a vegan, anything on the menu will be made vegan by request, sandwiches, desserts that'll make you cry, breakfast foods)

David's Place has a vegan Ethiopian lunch buffet (as far as I know, the sign still says "vegetarian", but we've questioned him extensively and it's actually vegan as well)

Oasis is the local falafel joint with vegan options clearly labeled on their menu

New Pioneer Co-op (has vegan sandwiches, cookies, cakes, etc.) menu here

Thai Flavors used to make any of their dishes with seitan or tofu instead of meat. Not sure if the new owners still do this. You have to ask about fish sauce, which turns up in some things, but they used to be willing to make the dishes without it.

I LOVE David's Place. Me and my friends probably went there 2 or 3 times a month. Although it sometimes felt strange that most times we were the only customers in there, and the interior lights were way too bright for the place, the food always brought us back and i love this place.

FatmoTrading is one of the place where we can get variety of food items which can be kept for long period of time and are healthy also.
