I'm not trying to go totally raw, I just want to get more raw things into my diet. What are soem good staples to have in the fridge/cupboard? I thrive already on apples, bananas, carrots, celery, and salad mixes, but what are some more things I can get in there?

dried fruit, nuts, seeds and raw nut butters. sprouts are great, and you can sprout your own to save $.

i had a raw day today, so i'll post what i ate

chopped apples and walnuts mixed up with a bit of almond butter and raw honey

a larabar and a orange

lettuce wraps with tomato, avocado, bean spouts, onion

raw hemp protein powder smoothie with banana

large dinner salad with a lot of veggies, sprouts and pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

Cacao nibs and beans are always on my counter... Carob is okay. Maca can be fun to have on hand as well, especially if you have a partner. Coconut oil is also almost always in my kitchen.

I have a can of hemp protein powder in my fridge too, and I really like it. It's Nutiva's brand and it says it is raw and cold pressed. I usually have some whole hemp seeds in my kitchen as well, their very good for you.
