VegeCyber.com has a bunch of imitation seafood. Some of them aren't vegan, though (milk products). The ingredients are listed on each product, in case you'd like to see 'em.

I've tasted either the crab balls or the shrimp balls... I don't remember. They were spherical. They tasted pretty good.
Someone brought them to a vegan potluck and said they were from VegeCyber.

I have seen vegetarian mock fish, shrimp and crab at Asian stores. I didn't try them because I don't have a craving for fish. I think they were vegan but not completely sure. Mostly soy and tofu in them. I remember doing a double take because they looked very 'fishy' in the package!
Try going to your local Asian store.

ps. they were similar to the stuff that KC-VeganVixen posted in VegeCyber website.

And it doesn't seem to list salt as an ingredient. But I'm not sure I truly understand the ingredients!
Ah, labels on imported food. A science unto itself.

Unfortunately, labels aren't always translated by people with math skills or understanding of how serving sizes work or our USDA labeling practices; Usually it's simply by some little guy (or a computer) in the company who only knows how to translate actual words, and very literally at that.

Sometimes in the process, the nutrient labels get very skewed in the translating of grams, ounces, servings amounts, metric vs. non-metric, etc... and usually (as you can see) the numbers are way, way off.

Ironically, by law they have to list the ingredients, and list them correctly, for items to be imported into the US, (so chances are VERY high that animal ingredients will be listed - Asian countries especially are extremely contientious about this because of their respect for religious requirements) but if the serving size or amount of calories are some unbelieveable and random amount, evidently it really doesn't matter to the USDA. Gotta love the government.

So, yeah, you take your chances with some processed foods from other countries as far as the amount of fat, sodium, etc. But chances are, you aren't eating this item every meal, every day, so it won't be a problem.

I have a bottle of plain water with "Serving size: .01 ounce, Calorie: 7502, 50 mg. cholesterol" from an Korean grocer in town. Cracks me up every time I read it.

Wow I feel really stupid. I always though Imitation Crab was completely fake. I've been eating California rolls this whole time!!
I guess it's my own fault for not looking into it until now....it's depressing that I've been eating fish though...
