ok...so im not as controlled by all htis stuff anymore. i eat junk. i love life
id like to understand better though.
a) fruit does count in overall sugar intake, obviously, right?
B) it doesn't count in the whole 40g thing though (though i eat far less than that just coz i don't like sweet stuff that much)
and c) where does that leave muffins etc. that have no added sugar but are sweetened with apple juice etc.? im assuming they're still up there?
today, forexample, under the 'sweet stuff' category ive had a giant vegan no-sugar orange and poppyseed muffin , and a carrot (which was sweet for some reason) and an apple.
technically ive had 'no sugar' ...so eating chocolate or whatever would not be in excess? but at the same time..thats a lot more sugar than i have on most days? i dont really understand !! (i wont lose sleep over it, im just curious)
