well, you know I'm in! kind of a bummer this week is just an intro.....have you listened to the soy dangers and benefits focus class by any chance? I tried listening to it with an open mind, but so much of what she says goes against other stuff I've read about soy. The dangers during pregnancy affecting the male fetus' testosterone was quite interesting though....and then she encouraged reading something from the Weston Price Found.

Definitely not good in excessive amounts. I actually don't consume a lot of soy except for tofu and if there is something in a meat alternative, like tofurkey. Every now and again I will have soybeans as a side for dinner. As far as milk I am hooked on almond and coconut milk.

I don't eat processed veggie burgers anymore, or most processed foods in general due to the isolated soy protein. There is soy milk back in the fridge again, bt I wasn't going through the almond milk I was making fast enough. I know I'm good, I really consume very little soy actually.

are you going to the Event this weekend? I'd love to go, but don't know how to go about staying down there since it's the marathon weekend too.
