Goin' grocery shopping tomorrow..yeeeah okay so I need some ideas of stuff to buy lol and what is a yogurt that doesn't have .. colour 4 or something? (the one from crushed bugs) =\\<br><br><br><br><br><br>

As for your yogurt dillemma, it depends on where you live/what grocery stores you have.<br><br><br><br>
I live in Canada as well, so if you give me a bit of background info I might be able to help you out a bit <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">

Cochineal is the ingredient made from crushed bugs. It is also sometimes listed as Carmine. It's a red color, so strawberry flavored yogurt might contain cochineal. It's more common in the UK. Many yogurts contain gelatin though, so watch for that.<br><br><br><br>
As for what you should buy... buy some Peanut Butter and Soy Bacon. That should last you a few weeks.

I live in Canada as well, Ontario.<br><br>
Try getting a soy yogurt, maybe in the health food section of your grocery store. They may take getting used too, but eventually you'll love them!

I would also try soy yoghurt if you're wanting to avoid animal products, but otherwise, a good organic one is Olympic.<br><br>
For other grocery items, it really depends on what kind of foods you like.<br><br><br><br>
Some staples for me include:<br><br>
Whole wheat pita<br><br>
Hummus<br><br>
natural peanut butter<br><br>
whole grain or wild rice<br><br>
some canned beans (Chickpeas, black beans etc)<br><br>
Some canned chili<br><br>
tortillas<br><br>
refried beans<br><br>
avacado and garlic to make guacamole<br><br>
salsa<br><br>
whole wheat pasta<br><br>
tomato sauce<br><br>
tofu<br><br>
veggie burgers<br><br><br><br>
And lots of fruit and veggies. Try to get some dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, collard greens or bok choi.
