I was out today doing deliveries and I was thrown on the ground thanks to some ice.

Amid various aches and pains I'm hoping I didn't break anything on my hand as my pinkie finger has gone numb.

Ouch!, sorry to hear about your fall. I hope your recovery is quick.

Numbness can be a sign of circulatory compromise. Is it swollen or discolored or extremely painful?

Probably will get better over time if it's just neve damage, but circulation problems are an emergency.

I'm glad you aren't too badly hurt, but I agree you should keep an eye on your finger. Hopefully it's just a temporary thing.

It got better so I guess it's ok. My keys actually went flying off somewhere and I had to go find them.

Ouch, I tripped up on an uneven paving stone the other night when I was out jogging and cut a nasty chunk out of my left hand.
