Peel banana. Cut into slices. Put in freezer. Most of the time I just slice up bananas that are about to go bad. I have a lot of baggies of bananas in my freezer at all times.

Break pieces up (so it isn't one big lump)then put in blender. Add 1/4 cup of soy milk or yogurt for "ice cream". Add 1/2 cup of soy milk or yogurt for "milkshakes". Add whatever flavor you want. I always put in one cap of vanilla in all of mine. Then blend. You have to eat it then. It does not refreeze well. It honestly does not have a banana taste, it has the texture of ice cream.

I've put -strawberries and cocoa powder (or use chocolate soy milk)

- peanut butter

- peanut butter and cocoa powder

- blueberries

- walnuts

- cinnamon

- coffee

I have also froze kiwi (peeled and sliced) and (sliced) strawberries then blended that for sorbet. You will need a little sugar for this though.
