I've wondered that too.

I don't know why she did it. Maybe she wasn't aware that they did animal testing, which seems weird to not be aware of if you're interested in A.R.....

But at the same time, animal abuse is so wound up in all of the things we do and use, maybe it's one of those things where she honestly didn't know. I mean, I thought testing on animals was in the past for YEARS.

People will do strange things when exorbitant amounts of money are offered.

Either she didn't know or the pay had a bad effect on her

I agree ... money does make people forget about the truth.

If you want air time in all industry's you have to do things you don't want to do. You have to support things you don't want to support. And talk about certain things if you want a certain level of success.

But Ellen would be at a point in her career where she gets to choose. Unless the contract with CoverGirl was prior to her making it really big. As far as I know they signed her after her show got so popular (I could be wrong).

Yea you just never know.
