Does anyone know of any brands that are Vegan, they all seem to have egg whites in them. They are not easy to find, any ideas?

I don't know where you live, but if you have a Trader Joe's near you, you're in luck. Their breakfast sausage patties are vegan. They're pretty good, too.

ETA: I just found your intro post - you're in Boston! So you ARE in luck! You have a TJ's in your town!

I just went to their site and verified. Gardenburger sausage patties are Vegan and wonderful.

Whole Foods 'Whole Kitchen' brand is vegan. They are the closest ones to the Morningstar brand that I have tried - which I loved but sadly are not vegan.

I just ate a sausage muffin for lunch (sausage patty on ww. english muffin with vegan cheese and dijon mustard mmmm)

I agree - I think theyr'e the best I've had.

Amy's just came out with sausage patties. They're yummy- a lot like the burgers, you can taste all the veggies and grains.

I love Amy's brand anything, I have not seen the sausage patties yet. I will buy them as soon as I see them.
