Hi, guys. I wanna loose some weight, while I stay vegan. I'm gonna exercise because of anxiety, sleep and to stay in shape, too. What should I eat more/less of?

Seconded, though, it shouldn't be eliminated totally from your diet as we obviously need fruit for nutrients and things. I always aim for between 7-10 portions of fruits/veggies a day with at least 6 being from vegetables. Maybe avoid the fruits with higher sugar contents compared to others, such as grapes.
