Whew! I just gave my notice to my supervisor and the general manager (lots of my friends already knew I was leaving, but it hadn't been made official yet). Boy, were they shocked! They took it rather well, though. And it's a relief to have it out in the open.

Now you get to run around in circles yelling "I'm free, I'm free"

I want to quit my job by the end of the summer, I'm having anxiety over it already.

Thanks, folks!

Right now I work as a Paralegal at a legal aid organization. It's stressful, but other than that an ok job. It's just not what I want to be doing my whole life. Actually, I'm staying 'til August, but I had to give notice now b/c my supervisor wants to have a big meeting next week to talk about who will take over her cases when she goes on sabbatical. I couldn't, in good conscious, sit through that meeting and pretend I would be around to help.

I am will be moving to the other end of the state (not so far, since MA is a small state!) to go to grad school in Acupuncture. So cool. (*squeals in excitement*)

I will take out lots of loans and work part time. At this point, I have neither a job nor an apartment lined up, but it will come. I will probably substitute teach a couple days a week during the school year. The kids are buggers, but it's good money, there's almost always work, and I don't have to work when I don't want to.
