I just bought another cookbook today. That makes 3 that I've bought this month (VWAV, The Artful Vegan and The Passionate Vegetarian) to add to my already large collection of veg*n cookbooks. Not only am I buying them, I'm also cooking something new almost everyday. My husband's and my diets arent going so well this month.

What's not working? It sounds great, if you have the energy. I wish someone were cooking new stuff for me all the time...I would love it!

That's what I was thinking too! It's gotta beat eating the same things every day, or subsiding on frozen microwave meals.

I'm trying to balance cooking low calorie for my husband and mixing in some treats for my teenagers. On Saturday, while mrveggieeater was working, I baked some vegan chocolate chip cookies. I let him have 2 from the first batch and then threw some coconut in the second batch. I figured that would limit his cookie consumption since he doesnt like coconut. It didnt quite work out that way since he liked the ones with the coconut better. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/wall.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":wall:">
