Get enough calories, and get enough exercise. I can't talk. I quit going to the gym 2 months ago. And i've been eating pure crap lately.

GIRL! 3 kids?! Don't you burn off, like, a million calories chasing after 3 kids?!

i don't know your height and weight, but generally speaking 1200-1300 cals a day is too few and will force your body to hold onto any excess weight rather than loosing it.

and diet pills are really problematic, so stop taking them.

eat well, get the right amount of movement, and your weight will balance out.

138 pounds may be a healthy weight for your height. If you're feeling a wee bit chunky, I would recommend eating low fat protein, whole grain carbs and small quantities of healthy fats and getting some exercise everyday. It doesn't sound like you are in the position to do something drastic, and 1200-1300 calories a day is drastic- unless you're like, 3 feet tall.

Try working out your BMI which takes in your weight and height and tells you if your at a healthy weight. You may not need to lose weight. If you do firstly STOP WITH THE DIET PILLS they are bad news! Eat healthily, with small amounts of regular exersise. A lot of pre-packages food contains a lot more salt sugar and fat than you could ever imagen! If you are considering a weight losee diet contact your doctor, who can point you to an effective long term healthy weight loss plan

I also have three kids, ages 9,6,& 2. In the past year I have lost over 30 lbs. I have learned that the only healthy way to lose weight and keep it off is regular exercise and eating less. Yup, it's sad but true.

Taking diet pills will only make you lose water weight (that's why you lose a few lbs and it comes right back the next day) and they're bad for you.

I suggest you find an exercise that you can stick with long term and make eating healthy a way of life. There's no easy way to lose weight. That's the bottom line. The only way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthfully.

Good luck to you!
