I also have three kids, ages 9,6,& 2. In the past year I have lost over 30 lbs. I have learned that the only healthy way to lose weight and keep it off is regular exercise and eating less. Yup, it's sad but true.<br><br>
Taking diet pills will only make you lose water weight (that's why you lose a few lbs and it comes right back the next day) and they're bad for you.<br><br>
I suggest you find an exercise that you can stick with long term and make eating healthy a way of life. There's no easy way to lose weight. That's the bottom line. The only way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthfully.<br><br>
