thats cool.....I have been veg almost 22 years and the only I can stand tofu ....the only tofu I eat is the awesome tofu jerky my sweetie makes....I have tried it a million ways and cant get over the icky factor no matter what I do.
I like silken in desserts ie: chocolate mousse! or prepared by a restaurant, which has been twice now. I think they use fresh or at least not packaged stuff like we buy in the stores. Totally tastes different.
