But I used to be a regular poster on the boards, and I left when I changed jobs.

I was vegetarian, and also didn't eat dairy (I never called myself 'vegan' as I wasn't realy carefu about things like honey and some quorn products) but I have to confess that since I left the boards, eating diary and fish has crept back up on me.

I mean I'm not exactly eating a steak every night but I have the odd yoghurt, and I have started to eat fish for some reason, I find I get quite a lot of energy for going to the gym.

Being strict vegetarian doesn't fit into my lifestyle as easily as it used to before I got a proper job and had tyo go to all these functions and lunches.

Anyway, I'm hoping that rejoining will give me the kick up the backside I need nbecause I really am not happy with the way my diet and lifestyle is going at the moment.

Eugh I remember the tuna. Hmm. I really don't know how this has happened but even browsing this forum & the recipies etc makes me realise that it's actually not as hard as I like to make out to myself.
