This time It lead me to the hospital. They found out it was a virus of probley from some produce or stress and worry I been getting lately. I have not been sick like this before and I am wondering what I should eat and not get sick. They told me to avoid loads of dairy and meats ha!!! Anyhow how can I improve my immune system and what vitamins can we look into ?

Eat berries, and do yoga to improve your immune system.
However since your Dr's attribute stress and worry as the culprit for your illness, you need to pay more attention to those causes rather than modifying your diet.

A "virus of some sort from stress or worry" sounds like a very vague diagnosis from a hospital.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you feel better soon. I don't really have any nutritional tips, but mentally I find that sometimes I just have to let my worries go and accept that I can't fix everything for everyone, and sometimes I can't even fix things for myself. I'm just human after all. Maybe if I were an elf or a wizard I could use magic, but alas, that is not the case.

Sorry I am confused. Was it a virus from produce ? Or was it a virus from stress and worrying? What did the test results show?

If it was a virus from produce then you should always make sure you are rinsing and washing your produce thorougly before you consume it. It's amazing how much dirt and bacteria hang out on produce! Also avoid cross contamination if someone in your household prepares meat. (For example: make sure that someone doesn't use a knife to cut raw meat and then they use that same knife to cut veggies without scrubbing and cleaning it, etc.)

Make sure you take care of yourself and rest up. And try not to worry and stress out so much. Hope you feel better soon.

I think you should take a supplement particularly in boosting immune system like Vitamin C or Viral Shield Supp. There are also Allergen and Sinus Formula like MX Allergen & Sinus that support for the immune system and clear breathing. Maybe your lack in Vitamin C or you have poor immune system that's why you're getting sick again. Hope it helps..

1. Exercise....I agree completely. Make sure you have cardio and strength in your routine.

2. Sleep....make sure you are getting plenty.

3. Maybe it is your home (or workplace) that is sick....

When I was a teacher, and never having been sick before, I went through a year of colds and sinus infections. 'Lo and behold, so were many of my colleagues. It was discovered that there was a mildew problem in the building.

Make sure you open your windows to get fresh air in, that you are replacing your air filters regularly and consider having your duct work (ventilation system) professionally cleaned. Deep clean the bathrooms and moist areas more often and if you have a basement or damp quarters, consider having a professional evaluation of your home.

The thing is that we just moved to another location and we are in a rented duplex and its an older home also. We are still learning the windows and stuff and there are no screens on the windows to open them. The lease will be up in May of next year we might ask for a better home to go into.

As for excercise I will be starting to walk then brisk then not sure what is next on my list. In meantime going to be resting and taking it easy and eat proper nutrients.

Two words umpkin pie
When I had my wisdom teeth surgery I made a ton of soft foods a couple days before. I frequently ate pumpkin pie (used smashed graham crackers as a crust), smoothies, soups, homemade applesauce and cranberry sauce, banana ice cream, oatmeal, tofu scrambles, tofu ricotta, mashed sweet potatoes, mashed cauliflower, etc. Almost any food can be made soft.

Take care of yourself and stay away from eating crunchy, sharp things and don't use a straw! You don't want to risk a dry socket. Lightly swishing around salt water in your mouth is also great to help you heal up faster and keep infections away.
