all i did was throw frozen veggies, water and veggie broth in a pot. then i got the bright idea to add nutritional yeast for some extra vitamins. i left, came back a couple of minutes later and i had this creamy soup!

anyway the recipe was:

6-7 cups hot water

1 bag frozen mixed veggies

2 cups brown rice rotini pasta

2 tbs powdered veggie broth

1 tsp nutritional yeast

easy peasy!

Does the yeast retain it's vitamin properties even after being cooked?. I'm still trying to find way s to make this horrid tasting supplement patable.
