thank you....sorry. how do i set up my account where i can know when ppl reply to my posts?

You can go up to the top (right above the starter post) to where it says Thread Tools. Click on that and then click on "Subscribe to this thread". Then when you log in, you can click on your User CP at the top and it'll have a list of the threads and they'll show up if they've been responded to.

Depends on the underlying condition. Do you suffer from Hashimoto's disease? Did you have an operation on the thyroid gland? Do you live in a region rich or poor for iodide?
