I came across this video and found it really interesting

Does anyone suffer with Hypothyroidism? Do you feel your plant-based diet can help with this?
I'd love to hear other people's thoughts because I recently got diagnosed!

If you encounter any medical problem, best thing to do is have that evaluated by a medical professional. Could be a Holistic MD, an Integrative Medicine MD or an Osteopath, but always best to have that review done.

Even if you have, say, hypothyroidism, that is taking place within the context of you, of your specific health profile, which is always going to be slightly different than another.

So, say, the Holistic MD, might want you to try a dietary shift. But, oh, say, there is a vegetable or fruit that they don't want you to include. Details may matter a great deal.

Is a plant based diet, generally going to be healthier than a meat based diet? Of course, with maybe a few rare exceptions.

But don't DIY your health, you diet and especially when dealing with any significant medical issue.

Helo Rochelle. Do you feel your hair and heart is feeling weak or cold? Do you believe that raw food is making you hypothyroid. I had the same sensations in the past. I recomend you to keep eating raw vegan until all toxins and dairy come out your body. Then the warmth and health will fill your body again.
