Earth Balance makes a vegan shortening? I've never seen it. Hmm. I wonder if they have it around here...I'll have to look next time I go out to the HFS! I worship their margarine-stuff! I've tried Spectrum's shortening but I don't really like it...it kind of has its own taste which almost overpowers the food it's in, depending on howm uch of it you use...
