Hey, I'm making carrot hummus for lunch tommarow.

I use:

1 cup carrots (cooked in a little water till soft)

1 can garbanzo beans

2 teaspoons peanutbutter

1 clove of garlic

1 teaspoon parsely and some dill weed

1 teaspoon lemon juice

dash of pepper and salt

I like it on toast, but I'll eat it with celery tommarow.
